The Main Arena is played in our three traditional sports halls with walls and rebound boards.

The Sports Arena is played on our four courts that are totally enclosed by rebound netting. The ball is always live and can be played above head height.

WHAT HAPPENS AT THE END OF THE SEASON?

After each season winners and runners up from each league division and cup competition collect individual trophies.

There is a cup competition, then promotion and relegation between divisions before the new season starts.
