Sports Connexion offer a newly refurbished, state of the art gym incorporating everything you will need to reach your fitness, lifestyle and personal goals. The fully inclusive membership we offer gives you full access to the gym, all fitness classes and the sauna/relaxation area.
The personal service we offer our members includes a full fitness assessment and gym induction ensuring you are completely comfortable to use the equipment and ready to get started. We then design a personal fitness programme for you based on your specific goals followed by an assessment and reprogramme 6 weeks later. Our aim is to support you throughout your journey with us and to keep you motivated every step of the way.

If you have seen the club and you are rearing to go, simply click on the green button ‘Join Online’ and set your membership up online, we will have your card ready for you when you come in, your induction can be booked by phone.
