We provide a fantastic Indoor Netball Court for anyone in Coventry who would like to book a match. Indoor netball league have been running at the Sports Connexion for the last 15 years. Our leagues take place on a Wednesday and Thursday night and accommodate ladies 14 and above.
Our games last 30 minutes, with bibs and umpires provided. We welcome individual as well as team players. Our league awards trophies for division winners. We also provide a bar serving hot and cold beverages for spectators.

Why Netball
Playing netball requires you to run around the pitch, sprint short distances and change direction quickly. The running skills involved provide a good cardiovascular workout and over time will improve your fitness, strength and agility. The standard netball court is 100 feet long and 50 feet wide. As a netball game progresses, many of the players will cover some significant distance running around the court. In particular, the player in center position has to cover most of it.
